These terms govern your use of Nibble Nest, provided by XAUTOLAB LIMITED (“we”). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game. TikTok’s applicable terms also govern your use of its platform.

Playing the game

You may play for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the host platform’s rules. You must meet the age and regional eligibility requirements of the platform. Do not exploit bugs, interfere with the game or platform, distribute malicious software, or use the service unlawfully.

Progress and virtual items

Progress, settings, and item inventories are stored locally. They may be lost if storage is cleared, the app is removed, or the host platform changes its storage. The current game does not provide a cloud backup or guarantee that progress will transfer between devices. In-game items are for use within the game only, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Optional rewarded videos

Where available, you may choose to watch a rewarded video for an in-game benefit shown before playback. A reward is granted when the advertising interface confirms completed playback. Cancelling or failing to complete a video does not earn the reward. Advertising availability and successful playback depend on TikTok and its providers; an advertisement may not always be available. You may continue ordinary play without choosing a rewarded advertisement.

Game content and availability

The game and its content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Playing does not transfer ownership of the game or grant permission to redistribute its assets. We may update, fix, or discontinue features. We aim to provide a working experience but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every device and platform version will behave identically.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms do not change your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains local saves, platform services, advertisements, and support messages. We may update these terms as the game changes; the current version and effective date will be available on this page.
